Q: What is the lead time?

A: Generally, about 7~14 working days for standard models. If we have inventory, we can arrange shipment within 7 days. Please be aware that our production lead time depends on specific items and item quantities.

A: You should also clean the tip of the atomizer after every 400 hours of the test. The Main Chamber tank should be cleaned twice a year. Clean the solution line by providing a high amount of pressure on a quarterly basis. Reservoir Tank should be cleaned quarterly.

A: Eventually the heat from the sump will raise the chamber temperature to the required set value, and at the same time raise the chamber humidity level to 95 to 100%RH. This high humidity level will form condensation on the surface of the samples under test.
